- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is not delivered due to an issue on our side.
- The product arrives in an unusable condition.
To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- The product has been used, opened, or altered.
- The damage occurred due to improper handling after delivery.
- The refund request is made after the allowed reporting period.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support with the following information:

- Contact Number
- Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile financial services.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please follow the return or refund process if applicable.
6. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
